SellM8 is the brand under which T&B Technology offers its own software for merchants: warehouse software with CRM, an online shop platform, an online catalogue, a platform for company websites, invoicing software and sales analytics.

T&B Technology LTD — a digital agency from Ruse, Bulgaria. The team that develops the programs also installs and supports them.

No. Each one works on its own. When you use them together, data flows between them automatically — for example, orders from the online shop land in the warehouse.

It depends on the program, the modules and the size of the company. After a short call you receive a quote with the price and timeline.

The warehouse program and the online shop are installed separately for each company, each with its own database. You never share a database with other clients.

Yes. Before go-live we plan the data transfer together — products, customers, stock or invoices.

Bulgarian and English. The online shop and the company website can run in other languages as well.

Yes. The demo, the installation and the training can all be done online.

Yes. With SellM8 Shop the sync is two-way: the catalogue, prices and stock are managed in the warehouse, and orders flow back automatically. There is a WooCommerce connection as well. For another platform, write to us and we will look at it together.

Each company gets a separate installation with its own database — with a hosting provider, on your own server or on a computer in the office. You never share a database with other companies.

Yes. Customers are imported from a CSV file, and we plan the transfer of products and opening stock together with you before go-live.

A chat inside the program that answers questions from your own data — stock, sales, customers. It has read-only access. It can run on a model installed on your premises, so the data never leaves the company. The program works fully without it.

Any device with a browser. On a phone the menu moves to the bottom of the screen, and barcode scanner input works on every screen.

Yes. SellM8 Warehouse issues invoices, proformas, quotes, stock receipts and credit notes — with document numbering, several issuing companies and printing on A4 or on a roll.

Yes. Stock is kept per warehouse, transfers between them need approval, and turnover and end-of-day closing are separate for each warehouse.

The price depends on the modules and on the number of warehouses and users. We send a quote after a short call in which we work out what you need.

No — the shop works on its own. With the warehouse program, though, products, prices and stock are managed in one place and nothing is typed in twice.

Yes. Products, categories and customers are transferred, and the old addresses are redirected to the new ones so you keep your Google rankings. The migration plan is part of the quote.

Yes — through Borica, myPOS or Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. We switch on the provider you have a contract with.

It is for Bulgarian online shops that take card payments: it issues a sales registration document with a number and a QR code, attaches it to the order email and prepares the monthly file for the National Revenue Agency. The module is off by default and is switched on after your accountant confirms the settings. Registration and filing remain the merchant's responsibility.

Yes. In SellM8 Shop companies register with their company number, you approve them, and they see wholesale prices, buy by the carton and get their own discounts. Retail customers buy from the same shop.

The Speedy connection is in use in a working shop — delivery rates, offices, lockers and waybills. Econt, Sameday, DHL and BoxNow are built into the platform and are switched on during setup.

You do. The shop is a separate installation with its own database. The platform is used under licence, and the terms are set out in the quote.

It depends on the number of products, the couriers and payments we switch on, and whether the shop is connected to a warehouse. The price and the timeline are in the quote you receive after the first call.

With SellM8 Warehouse — the catalogue reads products and stock directly from it. For another warehouse program, write to us and we will check whether it is possible.

On a schedule you choose — from every 5 minutes to once a day. The SellM8 Catalog admin panel also has a button to refresh straight away.

Yes. For each category and each product you choose whether the price and the quantity are visible.

Yes. When you decide to take orders online, you move to SellM8 Shop, which works with the same warehouse.

Yes — elektrokomers68.com, the catalogue of Elektrokomers 68, which fills itself from the company's warehouse program.

You do. For company websites the code and the data belong to the client. You pay for the build, and there is a monthly fee only if you choose maintenance.

Yes. Every section has its own fields — heading, text, rows and, where the design has one, an image. You change them from the admin panel, without a developer. Each section says where it appears on the site and has a "view on the site" link.

Ordinary shared hosting with PHP and MySQL. No dedicated server is needed.

If all you need is an online brochure, a ready-made theme is cheaper and we will tell you so. SellM8 Sites makes sense when the site has to bring in enquiries and you want to see what works.

Any language you need. A new language is switched on from the admin panel, with translated addresses and hreflang.

Yes — tnb-tech.com, our agency's own site, rabotyagi-sofia.com, the site of a professional cleaning company, and popovlogistic.com, the multilingual site of a freight forwarder from Ruse.

Lighthouse is Google's tool for scoring speed, accessibility and SEO. The figures come from a lab test on 6 Sept 2026 across five types of page. Real-world speed also depends on the hosting.

The monthly sales report in Excel and the reference lists for products, prices and partners. You upload them in the browser, and SellM8 Analytics warns you if the period has already been uploaded.

There are ready reports for the last 3 and the last 13 months, and a custom report for any period you choose.

It is calculated from the trend and seasonality in your own sales — for the next month and for the next quarter. Each forecast states its confidence and how it was worked out. When there is not enough data, the program says so.

No. The analysis and the data cleaning run on the program's own algorithms. If you wish, you can switch on an AI model installed on your own server, so the data never leaves the company.

Yes. Every report exports to Excel or CSV.

Data comes in as an Excel file. We agree the file format with you during setup.

Yes. SellM8 Invoice issues and sends recurring invoices on its own — monthly, quarterly or yearly — and reminds customers to pay on a schedule.

There is no approval regime for invoicing software in Bulgaria. SellM8 Invoice follows the VAT Act requirements for invoice content and numbering and prepares the files for the National Revenue Agency in the format set by the regulations. Filing remains with you or your accountant.

Yes. The base currency is the euro. Invoices in a foreign currency also show the tax base and VAT in euros at the ECB rate, and documents in leva from before 2026 are converted at 1.95583.

Data is stored according to the European standard EN 16931 and exported as UBL and CII. Mandatory e-invoicing in Bulgaria is still a draft amendment to the VAT Act that has not been adopted.

Yes. The accountant gets their own read-only access and sees all the companies they serve in one place.

No. SellM8 Invoice is not point-of-sale software and does not issue fiscal receipts. It reminds you when a payment needs one.
