One accurate stock figure for the website and the counter
SellM8 Warehouse holds one stock figure — for the website, the counter and the warehouse. Orders move through picking, packing and shipping on one board, and barcode scanner input works on every screen. Returns are recorded in the program, and every stock correction needs a reason and stays in the log.

How the shop and the warehouse work together
The link runs both ways. Products, prices, stock and promotions are set in SellM8 Warehouse and the shop displays them. In the other direction, orders, payments and cancellations from SellM8 Shop arrive in the warehouse program automatically. The shop's statistics are visible there too, so you see sales and stock in one place. The shop also works on its own if you are not ready to change your warehouse program.
Common questions
Do we have to replace the shop and the warehouse program at the same time?
No. SellM8 Shop also works on its own, and if you want to connect SellM8 Warehouse to another online shop platform, write to us and we will look at it together. When both the shop and the warehouse run on SellM8, products, prices and stock are entered once — in the warehouse program. Which comes first depends on where you lose more time today.
What happens to our products and page addresses when we move?
Products, categories and customers are transferred to the new shop. The old page addresses are redirected to the new ones, so links from search engines and adverts keep leading to the right product. The migration plan is part of the quote, and you see it before you decide.
What happens to returned goods and cancelled orders?
Product returns are part of SellM8 Shop, and cancellations arrive in the warehouse program for review together with orders and payments. In SellM8 Warehouse returns are recorded alongside sales. If a stock figure has to be corrected, the correction needs a reason and stays in the log, so you can see who changed the stock and why.
What will we see about visitors and orders?
SellM8 Shop has its own analytics, with no external services. Funnels show at which checkout step shoppers give up, and heatmaps show where they click on the page itself. You also see where visitors come from and what they search for in the shop. Abandoned carts get a reminder. The data stays in your own database and is visible in the warehouse program as well.
